Qualifications

• Four years of experience in operation or maintenance of HVAC central plant equipment.
• Alternatively, an Associate's degree in air-conditioning technology with two years HVAC central plant experience.
• Two years of verifiable lead-worker experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled journey-level HVAC work including installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of central plant systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot Central Plant equipment and direct digital controls.
• Develop and maintain operation logs for all HVAC equipment.
• Monitor HVAC equipment operation and maintenance campus-wide.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety practices.
