Responsibilities

• Monitor and document HVAC equipment operation and maintenance at the central plant and campus.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and related controls across facilities.
• Operate and troubleshoot Energy Management System and pneumatic/direct digital controls.
• Develop and maintain operation logs and ensure EPA refrigerant handling compliance.
