Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a field-based energy efficiency professional to lead outreach and referrals in Central Oregon, connecting income-qualified households with no-cost and low-cost upgrades. The role evolves to include in-home assessments, documenting findings, and handing off to the program team.

Strong community ties and the ability to explain technical details in plain language are essential, with occasional evenings/weekends for events and workshops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a community-facing or in-home role with outreach or lead generation results.
• Strong written and verbal English; clear reports.
• Ability to explain technical information to homeowners in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and referral development; build relationships with social service providers and organizations.
• Represent the program at community events, workshops, and partner meetings (evenings/weekends).
• Conduct in-home energy assessments as referrals grow; document findings and write reports.
• Explain program eligibility and next steps to homeowners clearly and hand off to program team.
