This field-based role at CLEAResult leads outreach and energy-efficiency referrals in Central Oregon, connecting income-qualified households with no-cost and low-cost upgrades. As referrals grow, you’ll perform in-home energy assessments and document findings for program eligibility, communicating clearly with homeowners.

Ideal candidates have ties to Central Oregon communities, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of building systems and energy efficiency measures.

Formación

• 3+ years in a community-facing or in-home role with outreach/lead generation results
• Strong written and verbal English; Home Energy Assessment report must be clear
• Ability to explain technical information to homeowners in plain language
• Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces and unconditioned spaces
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle; regular driving in Central Oregon
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Must live in Central Oregon (Crook/Deschutes/Jefferson)
• Existing relationships with Central Oregon agencies/nonprofits serving low-income households preferred
• Knowledge of residential building systems, HVAC and energy efficiency measures
• Spanish fluency
• Experience with utility-funded weatherization or income-qualified programs

Responsabilidades

• Outreach and referral development: build relationships with social service providers, housing providers, municipalities, schools, and other local orgs serving income-qualified households
• Develop and execute the referral strategy for Central Oregon; track results
• Represent the program at community events, workshops and partner meetings; some evenings/weekends
• Contribute to the regional marketing plan; reach underserved communities
• Report outreach activity, sources of referrals and results to program management
• Home energy assessments as referrals grow: conduct in-home assessments (envelope, insulation, HVAC, diagnostic testing)
• Document conditions and write Home Energy Assessment reports with upgrades
• Determine program eligibility and explain findings to homeowners in plain language
• Hand off projects to program team with complete documentation
