You will develop and lead the outreach strategy for the region. As referral volume grows, you will take on in-home energy assessments, and over time the role settles at approximately 60% assessments and 40% outreach. We are looking for someone with established ties to the community, a talent for building relationships, along with the technical aptitude to assess a home.
BPI Building Analyst Technician certification is required before you begin conducting assessments. You do not need to hold it when you apply. If you don't, we cover the full cost of training and exam fees and schedule the training on paid work time.
