Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Quality Support Manager to lead Leads and Specialists across remote Central Operations queues. You will partner with peers to meet targets, support field operations, and drive client satisfaction.

You will coordinate onboarding, training, and coaching, ensuring continuous performance improvement. With at least 5 years in Medical Records and 1–2 years of leadership, you will leverage MS Office, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday to optimize processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years' Medical Records experience.
• Minimum 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience.
• Minimum 2 years training experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Leads and Specialists across Central Operations queues ensuring target turnaround times.
• Provide support and decision-making for urgent and escalated production and technical issues.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing training for all new hires.
• Track performance using established tools and report to stakeholders.
• Coach and provide feedback to direct reports to drive accountability and development.
