Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong reading and writing of English.
• Pass Computer Literacy Test to show basic tech skills.
• 1 year of verifiable security experience.
• Willing to complete Crisis Prevention Institute curriculum.
• Background investigation required by law; may have criminal histories considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; viewing sites may vary by client.
• Support reception duties as needed and direct visitors.
