Qualifications

• United States citizenship preferred.
• Ability to acquire and maintain any other specific security clearances.
• Must pass background and reference checks and drug testing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support CPR/AED and First Aid required.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site and screens visitors for entry.
• Maintains a courteous, professional image of the client security department.
• Communicates information openly and responds to site inquiries as needed.
• Monitors entrances/exits, vehicle movement, and parking; operates a gate and CCTV.
• Patrols the site for hazards and security violations; inspects buildings and grounds.
• Protects evidence and manages incident scenes; sets up barriers as required.
• Prepares logs and reports; documents actions in the system.
• Observes and reports incidents to client representatives and authorities.
• Responds to emergencies including fire, medical, bomb threats, and weather events.
• Performs duties in line with policy and site standards; may perform additional tasks.
