Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations, education administration, learner placement, or healthcare student administration.
• Experience supporting medical education operations, healthcare administration, compliance, credentialing, or student-related workflows.

Aufgaben

• Provide centralized operational guidance for REACH LIC coordination, including schedules, onboarding, and communication.
• Coordinate central student operations for MD/DO/medical school learners across HealthPartners training sites.
• Support system-wide compliance, reporting, and affiliation workflows with UMN and HealthPartners partners.
• Assist with capacity planning, learner performance tracking, and related analytics.
