Northgate Gonzalez Markets, Inc. seeks a proactive Kitchen Manager to lead Puesto teams and central kitchen operations.

You will plan daily recipe production, train staff, and ensure strict adherence to recipes, GMP, and sanitation standards while collaborating with store departments to improve efficiency and profitability. You will mentor culinary staff, maintain inventory, and support cost control initiatives, sustaining high food quality and customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years directly related to Menu and Kitchen Management experience in multi-unit corporations.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a large group of employees.
• Minimum 3 years of good manufacturing practices and food safety for a restaurant kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Train and certify Puesto Team Leaders, Leads, and BOH associates.
• Plan and execute daily recipe production for all Puestos in central kitchen.
• Maintain pristine sanitary conditions and prevent cross‑contamination.
• Work with Department Heads to improve operational efficiencies and reduce shrink.
• Ensure recipe adherence and consistent food quality across shifts.
