Qualifications

• 2 years of secondary education.
• Must be of legal age per local law.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate, coach, and retain qualified team members.
• Maintain communications with vendors.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Obtain all required certifications by state regulations.
• Perform weekly & monthly inventory counts.
• Schedule staff to ensure effective and profitable shifts.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Check and maintain quality and speed of service.
• Perform opening and closing shift procedures for events.
• Motivate staff.
• Resolve disputes or problems as they occur.
• Determine staffing needs based upon expected business volume.
• Maintain professional knowledge by tracking trends in the restaurant industry.
• Ensure day-to-day operations align with 810 Entertainment guidelines and standards.
