The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking a kitchen lead to support the F&B Manager in maintaining high standards of food quality, cost control, and inventory accuracy. You will train back of house staff, supervise line operations during service, and mentor team members to ensure consistency and safe, efficient preparation.

You will also participate in recipe documentation, assist with menu developments, monitor prep sheets, and coordinate with front of house managers to deliver BIG service to guests.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years cook experience.
• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in back of house operations and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Support the F&B Manager in all aspects of food quality and cost control.
• Document recipes, measurements, quantities to ensure consistent duplication.
• Train culinary team on each recipe and monitor adherence.
