In this role, you will be a hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing logistics, inventory flow, material handling, and purchasing activities that support daily kitchen production. You will coordinate the receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold storage, dry storage, and production areas. The position requires operating material‑handling equipment, including forklifts, ensuring compliance with logistics, food safety, and safety procedures, and providing on‑shift direction to Logistics and Production Associates.
Lead on‑shift operations, manage material availability, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure materials are available safely, efficiently, and on time. Source ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials while maintaining accurate procurement records.
Work requires sitting, talking, commuting; occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Lifting requirements: less than one‑third of the time up to 100 lbs; one‑third to two‑thirds of the time up to 50 lbs; more than two‑thirds of the time up to 10 lbs.
