Blessings in a Backpack is seeking a hands-on Managing Director to lead the Central Florida Chapter. You will drive fundraising strategies, board development, volunteer management, and program operations in support of hunger relief for area schoolchildren.

Reporting to the regional VP, you will manage a part-time Chapter Coordinator and collaborate with the advisory board, regional teams, and community partners to expand impact and ensure sustainable growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of fund development experience in Central Florida or similar revenue generation.
• Major gifts experience preferred and board management/recruitment skills essential.
• Strong fundraising track record and community outreach experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies with regional and organizational teams.
