Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for its Central Fill operation in Plainfield, IN. The role supports automated dispensing and inventory management in a fast-paced central fill environment.

The successful candidate will meet Indiana state requirements, hold a valid national certification (PTCB/ExCPT or NHA), and work the First Shift (5:45 AM–4:15 PM) Sunday through Wednesday. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Meets state requirements to work as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Holds active national certification by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT).
• Experience with inventory controls and automation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pharmacy systems and inventory by using scanners and counting machines.
• Track medication inventory and rotate stock using FIFO processes.
• Prepare and modify pharmaceutical data and paperwork for compliance.
• Assist pharmacist with prescription fulfillment and packaging in a central fill setting.
• Verify product size, lot numbers, expiration dates, and labeling for accuracy.
• Ensure clean, safe, and compliant work environment and processes.
