Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Holds a national certification (PTCB/PTCE or NHA ExCPT).
• Preferred Pharmacy Technician Career Diploma via Live Better U and Penn Foster.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies.
• Process prescriptions including counting, bottling, labeling, and documenting dosages.
• Receive and process prescriptions and verify accuracy in the computer system.
