Job summary

You will maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers and BAS controls, ensuring safe, efficient performance across a multi-building campus. The role requires hands-on expertise with Metasys, fire life-safety systems, and utility distribution, plus the ability to respond quickly to alarms and coordinate with the facilities team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and campus utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facility systems.
• Maintain safe operation of boilers, chillers, heat exchangers and BAS controls.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; monitor and modify systems as needed.
• Assist training of junior personnel and document activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams for upgrades and repairs.
