Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in electrical systems management.
• 2+ years of experience managing people as direct reports.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, electrical safety standards, and infrastructure resilience.
• Experience leading campus/facility-wide electrical distribution projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical utility distribution systems including substations and switchgear.
• Ensure reliability of emergency power systems with generators, ATS, and UPS.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Direct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for outages.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and drawings.
