Qualifications

• Recommended: hospital Central Energy Plant operation experience (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Ensures all plant machinery operates within design specs and takes action if needed.
• Maintains mechanical and electrical knowledge of plant systems and equipment.
• Adheres to plant safety procedures and uses PPE.
• Operates and maintains systems: Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Medical Air, Medical Gas, Medical Vacuum, Emergency Generation, Switchgear.
• Performs preventive maintenance per schedules.
