Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fire protection, preferably in sales or service.
• Strong prospecting drive and proven ability to close business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with end users and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospective buyers through calls, follow-ups, and marketing.
• Conduct site surveys to identify customer needs and communicate capabilities.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the sales plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support divisional goals.
• Meet or exceed annual commission plan objectives.
