Job summary

State Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our Central Arkansas team. You will inspect various fire protection systems, document findings, and ensure NFPA compliance while engaging with customers and teammates.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, NICET I certification or 2+ years' experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential. Full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NICET Level I certification in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler inspection procedures.
• Ability to inspect and test fire pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled field inspections of fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
• Inspect wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems for compliance and functionality.
• Record pressures and deficiencies; complete and submit inspection reports.
• Operate mobile devices to record inspection data and generate reports.
• Ensure all work meets NFPA, AHJ, and company standards.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and learn.
