Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Experience as wait staff is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn and perform duties with speed and efficiency following proper food safety guidelines.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor throughout shifts.
• Good academic standing (GPA 2.0+).
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff training and ensure staffing levels.
• Aid with event setup and food/beverage service to provide exceptional service.
• Promote the highest level of customer service and resolve guest complaints.
• Assist with breaking down after events and returning items to proper locations.
• Learn menu details and dietary concerns for each function.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and ensure sanitation compliance.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
