Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in centerless grinding.
• Experience with Cincinnati centerless grinding machine (manual) preferred.
• Centerless and ID/OD grinding skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust machine controls according to product specifications.
• Measure work pieces using precision measuring devices.
• Select machine tooling based on product requirements.
• Study blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine specs and tool needs.
• Mount and position tools in chucks, spindles, or other holding devices.
• Operate grinding equipment to remove burrs and finish surfaces.
• Inspect finished parts for tolerance using gauges and micrometers.
