Olin is seeking a Centerfire Cap Operator to work in East Alton, IL on an hourly basis. You will assemble, inspect, and package very small components, and operate the press to lacquers primer caps.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks, with weekend shifts and possible overtime. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Weekend and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, inspects, and packages very small components.
• Operates press: cups onto plates, assembles cup plates to anvil plates, and lacquers primer caps.
• Examines product for defects and ensures quality process is followed.
• Follows safety requirements including lockout/tagout and wearing PPE.
