Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
• Certified Food Safety Manager or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and assist store manager in achieving financial and sales goals.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Maintain department appearance, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop schedules and manage rosters to meet demand.
• Use company tools for reports, inventory, and planning.

• Observe policies and procedures and maintain compliance.
• Train and develop staff to meet department needs.
• Maintain records of production, shrink, and sales.
• Communicate effectively with store management and cross‑functional teams.
