You’ll drive exceptional guest experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to guide daily center store operations. You will also manage invoices, complete daily bookwork, and lead by example as part of the store leadership team.

• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily task completion.
• Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
