Casey7s General Stores Inc. in Inver Grove Heights is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations, train and coach the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform audits, manage invoices, and strengthen vendor partnerships to ensure product availability. The role partners with the Store Manager to drive accountability, train staff, and oversee daily tasks, safety processes, and maintenance tickets while leading the center

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team, stepping in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
