Job summary

Casey's General Store in North Dakota seeks a Center Store Manager to lead center-store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and coach team members, oversee inventory counts, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily store performance.

Youll manage audits, invoices, vendor check-ins, safety processes, and daily bookwork while maintaining product availability and a strong guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability in the center of the store and partner with the Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily tasks, store walks, and safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets and manage bookwork.
• Manage inventory and resolve guest concerns in partnership with leadership.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
