Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead and inspire the center store team toward exceptional guest experiences. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members while ensuring accurate inventory, audits, and timely vendor check-ins.

You’ll drive accountability, oversee daily tasks and safety processes, and manage invoices and bookwork with Store Manager oversight. A hands-on leader will thrive here, supporting the broader store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and ticketing.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with store oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and cover for other leaders when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
