Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to train and coach staff, ensure accurate inventory counts, conduct audits, manage invoices, and maintain strong vendor relationships for product availability.

You’ll drive accountability, safety, and efficiency across center store activities while serving as a member of the store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: complete daily tasks, store walks, and safety processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Step in as part of the store leadership team when other leaders are unavailable.
