Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead and mentor the center store team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to train staff, monitor inventory, and manage vendor relations to ensure product availability and financial integrity.

You will be responsible for daily task execution, safety processes, and proactive guest issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams or managerial roles in retail.
• Ability to train, coach, and engage team members to deliver guest experience.
• Strong focus on operational execution, inventory, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: complete daily task lists and store walks.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage vendor check-ins.
• Oversee inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
