Job summary

Casey’s stores are seeking a Center Store Manager to lead a hands-on retail team within the center store. You’ll work with the Store Manager to train and empower staff, ensure accurate inventory, conduct audits, and manage invoices while maintaining strong vendor partnerships for product availability.

You’ll balance daily operations with guest service excellence, lead safety practices, and drive engagement across the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must have retail leadership experience leading store teams
• Strong communication and guest service focus
• Ability to train and coach staff and foster engagement
• Hands-on leader with accountability for store operations and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the team in the center store
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, store walks, safety processes
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight
• Address guest concerns and maintain vendor relationships
• Fill in for other leaders when unavailable and perform Store Team Member duties as needed
