Job summary

Casey's seeks a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage a diverse team in a high-volume center store. You’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring accurate inventories, audits, and timely vendor checks.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to maintain daily workflows, safety processes, and strong guest service, stepping in when leadership is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail center store or equivalent team.
• Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
• Strong focus on delivering guest experience and operational excellence.
• Experience with inventory, audits, and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, guiding operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task lists are completed and safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly; manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
