Ridley's Family Markets in Utah is seeking an Assistant Store Director to lead center store operations, ensuring outstanding merchandising, cleanliness, and stock across Grocery, Non-Foods, Dairy, Frozen, GM, and Hardware. As second in command, you’ll focus on guest relations and team leadership to support the Store Director.

Candidates will oversee ordering, receiving, signage, facing, space management, and backroom processes while coaching staff, promoting safety, and upholding company

Qualificações

• Must have previous retail management experience.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Docs.
• Certification required for forklift and/or pallet jack.
• 18 years of age; 21 years of age to sell tobacco products.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee center store departments to maintain merchandising and cleanliness.
• Direct ordering, stocking, rotation, and backroom organization.
• Coach staff on merchandising fundamentals and guest relations.
• Ensure CGO processes are understood and functioning.
• Maintain schedules and enforce company policies.
• Support store director and participate in meetings.
