Job summary

Ridley’s Family Markets is seeking an Assistant Store Director to lead center store operations, ensuring top merchandising, cleanliness, and guest service across Grocery, non-foods, GM, Dairy, Frozen and Hardware.

You will supervise store activities, coach team members, maintain compliance with policies, and partner with the Store Director to drive profitability and strong guest relations through effective communication and training.

Qualifications

• Must have previous retail management experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• Minimum age 18; 21 to sell tobacco/alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center store operations including Grocery, Non-foods, GM, Dairy, Frozen and Hardware.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and stocking standards.
• Coach and supervise store team; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Coordinate CGO processes for center store departments.
• Support Store Director and manage guest relations.
