Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to drive operational excellence and engage the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will train, guide, and empower staff, manage inventory and vendor interactions, and work with the Store Manager to ensure accurate audits and financial integrity. You will lead daily operations, conduct store walks, and address guest concerns while maintaining safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store team.
• Train, coach, and engage team members in store operations.
• Oversee daily center store activities and ensure task completion.
• Conduct daily store walks and uphold safety processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and communicate with the Store Manager.
• Lead as part of the store leadership team when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
