Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations, train and empower team members, and uphold guest experience standards. You will partner with the Store Manager, guide daily tasks, and ensure inventory accuracy and vendor interactions to keep products available.

In this hands-on role, you’ll handle audits, entry of service and maintenance tickets, and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store.
• Train, coach, and engage team members with the Store Manager.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns and inform the Store Manager.
• Serve on the store leadership team and fill in for other leaders.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
