Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations, train and empower team members, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee accurate inventory counts, audits for compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching retail team members.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory counts and perform audits.
• Experience vendor relationships and checking in on product availability.

Responsabilités

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed and store walks/safety processes followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve on store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
