Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations, coaching a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work with the Store Manager to train staff, manage inventories, and ensure compliance through audits and timely vendor check-ins.

A strong focus on profitability and guest satisfaction drives the role. You’ll participate in daily activities, lead store walks, and step in to cover leadership gaps when needed, while applying standards

Formación

• Experience in retail leadership and team development.
• Strong organizational and inventory management, auditing, and process adherence.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead center store operations with accountability and empowerment.
• Train, coach, and engage team members in delivering guest excellence.
• Oversee daily tasks, store walks, safety, and service tickets.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns and support leadership continuity.
