Job summary

Casey in Inver Grove Heights is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store, train and empower team members, and ensure accurate inventory and financial integrity. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to maintain high standards, perform audits, and strengthen vendor partnerships to ensure product availability.

Starting pay range is $18.00–$20.70 per hour, with actual pay varying by KSAs and experience. This role includes employee discounts and growth opportunities within Casey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower team members in the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, store walks, safety processes.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns and maintain strong leadership presence.
