Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in store center operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
