Job summary

Casey’s in the United States is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations in the center store, train teammates, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll handle inventory, audits, invoices, and vendor check-ins while driving accountability and safety across daily tasks.

Starting pay is $18.00–$20.70 per hour, with growth possible based on KSAs, experience, and internal equity.

• Experience leading store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to manage inventory and complete daily bookwork.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Willingness to train and coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and uphold safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and perform daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to team member service.
• Step in to lead as part of the store leadership team when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
