Job summary

Casey’s Center Store Manager role offers hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence and lead a dedicated team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train staff, manage center store inventories, and ensure accurate daily bookwork and vendor coordination.

Starting pay ranges between $15.00 and $17.25 per hour, with the full salary range extending beyond the hiring range.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower operational activities in the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily task completion.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
