Job summary

Casey’s Store is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train and empower team members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll oversee inventory accuracy, audits, invoices, safety, and vendor check-ins while maintaining high standards for guest service and teamwork. Starting pay is $13.50–$15.50 per hour; full benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead accountability and empower the center store team.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities: task lists, safety, and service tickets.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Serve on the store leadership team and cover duties as needed.
