Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations and team engagement. You will work closely with the Store Manager to train, coach, and empower staff, ensuring accurate inventories, audits, and timely vendor check-ins for product availability.

Starting pay range is $14.00-$16.10 per hour, with consideration for KSAs, experience, education, and local wages. This full-time, on-site role offers employee discounts and recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily center store activities and ensure task completion.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Conduct safety walks and ensure service tickets are entered promptly.
• Maintain inventories and ensure product availability through regular vendor check-ins.
• Lead when other leaders are unavailable and support Store Team Members.
