Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations, train and empower team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage inventory, conduct audits, handle invoices, and partner with the Store Manager to strengthen vendor partnerships and product availability.

Starting pay range is shown as $18.00 - $20.70 per hour, with actual pay based on KSAs, experience, and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail center store team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower team members to deliver a great guest experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, store walks, safety, and ticketing."
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and communicate with the Store Manager.
