Job summary

Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store with hands-on accountability.

You'll train and empower team members, ensure inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and maintain vendor relations to support product availability. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and uphold safety and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead center store activities with accountability within the store.
• Train, coach, and engage team members alongside the Store Manager.

• Conduct daily store walks and enforce safety processes.
• Enter and manage service tickets and maintenance requests.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork under Store Manager guidance.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
