Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations in the center store and drive an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train, guide, and empower team members while ensuring accurate inventory counts and compliance through audits.

Under the Store Manager’s supervision, you’ll manage invoices, vendor check-ins, and daily bookwork, maintaining safety and service standards. This hands-on role emphasizes accountability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter and manage service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to team member service and report to Store Manager.
