Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations and engage the team, delivering a high-quality guest experience. You will train and empower staff while ensuring accurate inventory, audits, and vendor coordination with the Store Manager.

You will also manage invoices, daily bookwork, and safety processes, stepping in as needed to maintain smooth store leadership coverage and excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower center store operations.

• Oversee center store activities; ensure daily tasks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and cover for others as needed.
