You will work closely with the Store Manager to train and empower the team, ensure accurate inventory, complete vendor check-ins, and uphold financial integrity through audits and invoices.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability, and collaboration with the Store Manager to maintain product availability and a high standard of store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily task lists and store walks, ensuring safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns promptly and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
